MagicShack productions is owned and operated by Jason Roller out of Nolensville, TN. Jason plays electric guitar, acoustic guitar, fiddle, mandolin, bass, ganjo, and ukulele as well as singing background vocals. Jason also works with a wide range of musicians from all backgrounds and singers of all genres to make sure to get the best sound for your song. Jason does everything from custom projects (Artist EPs and Albums) to songwriter demos, to acoustic demos to overdubs and mixing.
A little about Jason...Jason is a world class musician that has been touring with major country acts since the young age of 15. Jason has toured with Dolly Parton, Gretchen Wilson, Joe Diffie, Mark Chesnutt, Tracy Lawrence, John Berry, Ashley Monroe, The Lost Trailers and Ken Mellons. Jason most recently toured with Wynonna as well as touring with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Artist Dave Mason (from Traffic) and Kellie Pickler. Jason still currently tours with country super group Alabama.
Jason also works in studios all around Nashville doing everything from demos to master scale productions. Jason has played on albums and radio singles for Wynonna, Bucky Covington, The Lost Trailers, The Henningsens, The Dunaways, Joe Diffie, Kimberly Caldwell, Kristen Chenoweth, Jonny Lang, Jerry Salley, Kristy Cox, Deep Purple, Billy Droze, Sawyer Brown and Lynn Anderson. Jason played also played on the most recent album from Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Artist Dave Mason and played on a song in the recent Disney movie "Tomorrowland". Jason has also worked on the past three Casting Crowns records and even got the utmost honor of playing on the Alice Cooper record "Welcome to My Nightmare 2".
On top of producing numerous demos, Jason has also produced several artist projects including two full length projects for Australian Country Music artist Marie Hodson which included several songs that received radio play and chart success in Australia. Jason also produced a project on Irish artist Noel McCord. Jason and his wife Kalii are currently working on a bluegrass project under "The Rollers".
